Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data our applications collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to every app published by CloudOne Studio, including AV2Text and any advertising-management tools we release.
1. Who we are
CloudOne Studio is an independent software business based in Qingdao, China. You can reach us at hi@bimon.net.

3. Data you import stays yours
Files you import for transcription are processed to produce the transcript you asked for. We do not use your recordings, transcripts or uploaded files to train models, and we do not sell them.
4. Amazon advertising data
If you connect an Amazon Ads account, we access it through Amazon's official APIs (Amazon Ads API and Selling Partner API) using OAuth. We only request the permissions needed to display and optimise your campaigns.
We do not sell advertising data, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (hosting and database providers acting on our instructions) or as required by law. You can disconnect an Amazon account at any time inside the app; after disconnection we stop syncing and delete stored advertising data within 30 days unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
5. How long we keep data
- Account data: while your account exists, then 30 days after deletion.
- Imported files: as long as you keep the transcript; you can delete either at any time.
- Advertising data: while the Amazon connection is active, then up to 30 days.
- Crash reports: 90 days.
6. Sharing
We use a small number of infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database, error reporting). They process data on our instructions and are bound by their own data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data by writing to hi@bimon.net. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and access to production systems is limited to the operator of the business.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where the law requires it, notify you in the app.
